Exciting times ahead for Roberts!

With a new year comes new adventures, and there is set to be a big adventure for us this year!

We are thrilled to announce that construction will soon begin on an extension to our holidays departure lounge.  

Whilst our lovely departure lounge has served us well over the years, we know that space has been tight as of late and having listened to your feedback, we knew it was time to give you a space where we can deliver the service you deserve. 

This new and modern space will allow our team to facilitate departure days, bookings and events with ease in a space that will put us at the forefront of our industry. For you, our customers, this will mean a more spacious and relaxing experience before your trip with us, with 
plenty of refreshments and facilities available. 

Our official ‘ground breaking’ day will be Wednesday 15th January, though please be aware that you may see some initial fencing/ground prep from Friday 10th January. 

There will be some disruption in the weeks and months that follow, leading to changes in the way our trips depart and so please bear with us during this time. Primarily, we will now board and disembark at the front of the building ensuring we steer clear of work happening in our usual boarding spot. Further communications and a map will be provided and available on our website ahead of departure days. 

Rest assured that there will be members of our team on hand and visible for every departure during this time to ensure a smooth start to your break with us. We ask that you please take special care when entering the depot, and please follow any instructions given by our team. Your safety is paramount to us. 

This investment will be an incredible step forward for us, and we are very much looking forward to seeing it completed and you all enjoying it soon. 

We will be sure to send and post regular updates of how the build is going, so keep an eye out on your emails and social media to keep up to date with the progress! 

It goes without saying that we wouldn’t be able to invest in this extension without the support of each of our loyal customers, and we’re happy that we are able to provide a new and exciting space for you, making your holiday with us like no other.
